Interview Preparation

ST3 Interview Course

The Prepared4ENT ST3 Interview Course is designed to give you the best possible preparation for the national ENT ST3 selection process. Conducted by consultants trained in ST3 interviewing skills, the course provides immediate feedback and the opportunity to observe fellow candidates.

Despite the highly competitive nature of national ST3 interviews, over 50% of our delegates are offered training posts year after year — a testament to the quality of preparation this course provides.

The course has an excellent reputation and always fills up quickly. Spaces are strictly limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hands-On Skills

Practical ENT Course

This course is ideal for anyone about to start an ENT post, those who may find themselves cross-covering ENT, and A&E and GP trainees with minimal or no previous ENT experience. It is also valuable for nursing staff and allied health professionals working in ENT settings.

The course is normally held at Sunderland Royal Hospital and is kept deliberately small to maximise hands-on time for every delegate.

  • Flexible nasendoscopy

  • Nasal packing for epistaxis
  • Drainage of peritonsillar abscess (quinsy)

Exam Preparation

DoHNS / MRCS (ENT) Course

This unique one-day course is focused entirely on OSCE skills and practical exam technique for the DO-HNS and MRCS (ENT) examinations. Unlike most revision courses, we don't hold lectures about ENT topics you should already know — instead, you will practise under exam conditions with expert feedback.

Candidates take part in four full OSCE sessions, each guided by experienced faculty. The course fee includes refreshments and a copy of ENT OSCEs: A Guide to Passing the DO-HNS and MRCS (ENT) OSCE by Masterpass (RRP £40).

Cancellation Policy

iOur Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation >30 days before course: Full refund minus £10 administration fee.
  • Cancellation <30 days before course: If your place can be filled, full refund minus £10 admin fee. If not filled, no refund.
  • Cancellation <7 days or no-show: No refund.
  • If you cancel before the early bird date, £20 will be deducted. After this point, your booking can be transferred to another Prepared4ENT course.
